Meet Calm Kids Coach, Anna Ware

Here is a short video to get a sense of what Anna is like as she explains her passion for NLP therapy and kids coaching.

Anna Ware is an accredited Life Coach, a qualified primary school teacher, and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner.

My journey into coaching anxious kids began when I enrolled in a “Life Coach and NLP Practitioner” course out of my personal interest in self-development. Driven by my love for psychology and working with kids, I was utterly astonished and deeply moved by how effective NLP is in tackling mental health challenges, especially in helping children break free from long-standing anxiety. The profound impact it had on me was a powerful catalyst, inspiring me to start my own kids’ coaching practice.

My passion for coaching children through NLP comes from a deep desire to help those who feel stuck in life. I’m especially driven to support kids weighed down by anxiety, helping them find their way towards a life full of meaning, hope, and confidence. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching that transformation unfold and knowing I’ve been a part of their journey.

It hasn’t always been easy, though. I often feel frustrated by how little-known NLP is, despite its incredible effectiveness. The lack of financial support for alternative therapies like NLP is disheartening, as it suggests that mainstream health methods are the only option.

My approach is highly personalised, with one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to each child and their family, aiming to eliminate anxiety and create a calmer mindset. With a background in teaching, I connect well with kids, and my passion for the mind and personal development shapes everything I do.

When I’m not working, I enjoy reading about personal growth, parenting, and relationships. I recharge by swimming, exploring new places, and often picking up the guitar. My family, friends, and Christian faith keep me grounded, motivated, and centred.

My values guide me in all that I do. I believe in loving others, practising generosity, extending forgiveness, and supporting my family while walking alongside those I coach. I feel a strong calling to be a light for others, helping them find real freedom from their struggles. My vision is to see lives changed, hearts softened, and a world made better, one child at a time.
