The package includes a fully planned follow-up lesson that directly aligns with the new PDHPE syllabus for each stage, reinforcing key outcomes and saving teachers valuable preparation time.
Teachers utilise the powerful calming techniques in the classroom whenever emotions run high. Students calm down faster, saving the teacher valuable time for more teaching and less spent on emotion management.
Anna Ware brings a rare blend of classroom experience, coaching excellence and deep understanding of youth psychology to every school incursion.
As a fully qualified primary teacher, she has firsthand familiarity with the challenges children face in today’s classrooms, from distractions, anxieties and school refusal to the shift into adolescence.
She is also certified as a Master Life Coach and Master NLP Practitioner, equipping her with powerful tools to engage students and embed lasting change in their mindset and behaviour.

Right now, more young Australians than ever are struggling with their mental health. According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, almost one in three young people are experiencing high or very high levels of psychological distress (and higher for girls, nearly 50%!)
Anxiety, stress, and pressure are at record levels, and schools are on the frontline of this crisis.
This is why we have chosen to focus each of our incursions around education and upskilling students in the area of mental wellbeing.
Each engaging and practical session gives students tools they can use immediately to shift their emotional and mental state so they can thrive in school and beyond.
Your students will spend less time managing their highs and lows, more time focused, calm and in a learning state, while you will be free to teach students who are interested, curious and ready to learn.
