Sometimes the body knows before the mind does. Tension that won’t shift. Exhaustion that sleep doesn’t fix. An emotional response that feels bigger than the situation warrants. These are not signs that something is wrong with you. They are signs that something is asking to be resolved.
Anna Ware is a Master NLP Practitioner who works with adults experiencing stress, emotional overwhelm, and the kind of stuck patterns that seem to live in the body rather than the mind. She consults from Shire Chiropractic in Gymea Bay, where clients already seeking integrative health support often find their way to NLP as the missing piece.
What Brings Adults to NLP
You do not need to have a diagnosed condition or a specific trauma to benefit from this work. Most adults who come to Anna are simply carrying more than they should be, and it is starting to show up in ways they cannot logic their way out of.
Common reasons adults seek NLP include:
Chronic stress that has become a baseline rather than a response. Grief, loss, or a significant life change that has left an emotional residue. Anxiety, worry, or a persistent sense of dread that does not match the circumstances. Emotional reactions that feel disproportionate or difficult to control. Physical tension, fatigue, or discomfort with no clear medical cause. Limiting beliefs or self-talk that quietly undermine confidence, relationships, or health. Feeling stuck despite knowing what needs to change.
How NLP Works at This Level
NLP, or Neuro-Linguistic Programming, works with the unconscious patterns that drive how you feel and respond. Unlike talk therapy, it does not require you to analyse your past at length or revisit painful memories in detail. Instead, it works directly with the way your nervous system has stored and structured an experience, and gently updates it.
The results can be surprisingly quick. Many adults notice a significant shift within one to three sessions. This is not because NLP is a shortcut. It is because the work meets the problem where it actually lives: in the body, in the nervous system, in the patterns running beneath conscious awareness.
Anna brings a calm, grounded presence to every session. There is no pressure to perform or explain yourself perfectly. You simply need to show up.
Working from Shire Chiropractic, Gymea Bay
Anna consults from the rooms of Shire Chiropractic in Gymea Bay, a practice led by chiropractor and kinesiologist Elizabeth Harris. Many adults in Elizabeth’s care find that the emotional and physical sides of their health are deeply connected, and NLP is a natural complement to the work already being done in that space.
If you have been seen by Elizabeth and feel that emotional patterns may be contributing to what you are experiencing in your body, NLP may be exactly the next step.
What a Session Looks Like
Your first session begins with a conversation about what you are experiencing and what you would like to be different. Anna will listen carefully and work with you to identify the patterns most worth addressing. From there, the session moves into the NLP process itself, which is calm, collaborative, and grounded in where you are right now.
Sessions are held in person at Shire Chiropractic, Gymea Bay. Online sessions are also available.
Most adults benefit from between one and four sessions, depending on what they are working through. There is no lock-in or ongoing commitment required.
